I'm Andrea Johnston, a freelancer who helps doctors and health organisations bring meaningful projects to life.
With more than a decade in the specialist medical sector, I've delivered a wide range of projects and initiatives across wellbeing, education and membership — drawing on expertise in event management, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

I develop and deliver stakeholder engagement strategies — identifying and approaching the right organisations, building professional relationships, and expanding your reach across the medical and healthcare sector.
CPD Accreditation Management
I manage the end-to-end CPD accreditation process across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand — mapping your activity against CPD requirements, submitting applications to CPD homes, and lodging CPD records post-event.
Consulting
I work alongside medical practitioners and healthcare organisations in an advisory capacity — helping you think through direction, weigh up options, and make confident decisions.
